Our Soiree will take place at the gorgeous Carriage House at the Fort William Henry at 48 Canada Street in Lake George, NY.
The Carriage House is equipped with a gorgeous outdoor patio overlooking Lake George that we plan to utilize throughout the event! Dinner and dancing will take place indoors, but weather permitting, cocktail hour and some after dinner entertainment will take place on the patio.
Guests of the event are invited to park at the Fort William Henry at no charge. For the fireworks, there will be paid parking for non-hotel or event guests, but guests of our event will arrive well before that begins. We encourage our guests to utilize Uber or Lyft if choosing to indulge during the event and the Fort William Henry has permitted guests to leave their vehicles overnight.
There is a slight walk from the parking lot to the Carriage House. Those with mobility issues will be permitted to drop guests off at the front door of the Carriage House prior to parking.
There is no official dress code for the event! Think Smart Casual, Summer Festive – bright or floral dresses, khaki, ties optional!
Absolutely! A cash bar will be available throughout the event, featuring specialty cocktails and mocktails. Complimentary champagne courtesy of The Fort William Henry will be served for the champagne toast before the fireworks!
