Did you know? In January of 2020, the Wood Theater Did you know? In January of 2020, the Wood Theater installed a Hearing Loop around ALL seats in our main auditorium. This allows for folks with cochlear implants or hearing aids to adjust their settings and hear clear sound through their own device. However, ANYONE that needs assistance hearing can borrow a Loop Listener from the Box Office that will amplify sound through headphones. SAVE THE DATE! 🎟 TICKETS ON SALE NOW! Join us SAVE THE DATE! 🎟 TICKETS ON SALE NOW! Join us for the Charles R. Wood Theater's annual fundraiser on Saturday October 23rd! Each year, the Wood hosts a location themed event in an effort to raise money for our mission. This year, we're turning the main floor of the theater into ITALY as we welcome Anthony Nunziata in concert! Dubbed ”America’s next romantic singing sensation,” celebrated tenor Anthony Nunziata is back by popular demand with his ”Broadway to Italy” concert. Anthony will bring his soulful voice to classic Broadway songs, from jazz, pop standards, and his timeless original music. Get ready to be swept away by this young man’s warm and soaring tenor voice. 2PM Concert featuring St. Mary's St. Alphonsus Elementary Choir 7:30PM Concert featuring Hudson Falls High School Select Soloists 90 minutes before each concert, we will open the doors to "italy" where we will host a cocktail hour featuring complimentary Hors d'oeuvres and the musical stylings of Anthime Miller. In addition, there will be a silent auction, raffle and mystery items to benefit the Wood Theater. SAVE OUR STAGES UPDATE! 🎙 The Wood Theater has SAVE OUR STAGES UPDATE! 🎙 The Wood Theater has officially received substantial relief from the federal government through the Shutter Venue Operators Grant program! We want to thank Senator Chuck Schumer (@senschumer) who visited us back in April, and fought tirelessly to get this program through Congress in December and pushed for more money for the program in the American Rescue Plan, along with providing flexibility for venues to get assistance from the Paycheck Protection Program and SVOG. He has also been our champion in pressing the SBA to fix implementation problems so the money would flow to all eligible applicants. Thanks to Senator Schumer’s efforts, we can make it through this crisis and recover. Artwork by @shellfairbanksart 🎨

Limited on-street parking is available downtown. Municipal parking can be found nearby the theater in public lots located on Elm, Ridge, South, and Oakland Street.
